The free tattoo booking app Stop running your business out of your DMs.
The tattoo booking platform for independent artists, on your own or in a studio. Your own booking page, flash store and calendar: clients book online, pay a deposit and turn up — and the money is paid out to your own Stripe account, not kept by us.

Deposits that secure the slot
Set your hours, your buffers and your notice period. A client picks a time and pays the deposit before it is theirs — walk away from the checkout and the time goes back on sale by itself.
One inbox for custom work
Enquiries arrive as a thread. Swap references and drafts, send a quote with a price and an expiry, and they book straight off it.
An assistant that prices from your own quotes
Reads a new enquiry, finds what you charged for work like it, and drafts a reply and a price for you to check before anything is sent.
Add-on: £12 a month for 100 drafts, then £0.10 each.
A waiting list that refills cancellations
Cancel a booking and the people waiting are told on their own. Ask us to try harder and we email everybody holding a quote too — and charge you only if one of them takes the slot.
A flash store that books itself
List your flash with a price and a deposit. Clients buy the piece, pick a slot and pay — one-off designs come off sale the moment they go.
Clients you remember
Every booking, quote and payment against a name, with your own notes and tags. Check what you did last time before they sit down.
Consent forms, signed before they sit down
Sent with the reminder and completed on their phone: health questions, declarations and a signature, with the medical answers encrypted. Use ours or write your own.
Verified ID checks are an add-on: £2 a client, once.
Books that are already done
Income and expenses by your tax year, receipts photographed as you go, a CSV your accountant can work from — or posted straight into QuickBooks.
Reminders that send themselves
Two days before, every client gets the reminder, the aftercare and the consent form by email. Add texts and it reaches their phone as well.
A page that is actually yours
Portfolio, bio, opening hours and a booking form, at your own address. Put one link in your bio and stop repeating yourself.
You didn't start tattooing to get bogged down in admin.
Enquiries buried in DMs
Three platforms, no thread, no history. Someone asked about a half sleeve in March and you have no idea what you quoted them.
No-shows and no deposits
A day held for someone who never turns up, and nothing to show for it. Asking for a deposit by bank transfer is its own second job.
A shoebox of receipts
Come April you are reconstructing a year of income from bank statements and memory, and hoping it adds up.
Deposits up front. The rest however you like.
You connect your own Stripe account, and Stripe pay your clients' deposits out to it. We take a flat £1 a booking from the first payment for it and never hold the rest — we are not your bank.
A month with 15 bookings paid through the platform costs £39 — £24 for the plan and £1 a booking. Not in that figure: Stripe's own processing fee, any add-on you choose, and the rescue fee on a slot we refill for you.

A deposit secures the slot
The time is held while they pay and released again if they wander off, so an abandoned checkout never costs you a Saturday.
The balance, your way
Take it on your card machine and mark it paid, or send a payment link for the rest. Either way it lands in your books.
Refunds without the phone call
Full or partial, from the same screen, and recorded against the client either way.
Less than one missed appointment.

Questions worth asking.
Is it really a free tattoo booking app?
Yes. The free plan runs the whole booking business for nothing a month: your booking page, online bookings and deposits, the flash store, your calendar, your clients and our consent form. You pay £1 a booking paid through the platform, and Stripe's card fee. Membership, at £24 a month, adds the extras that cost us money per artist: texts, QuickBooks, the rescue, gift vouchers and your own consent forms.
Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?
A flat £1 a booking, on top of your monthly fee: taken once, from the first payment for that booking that goes through the platform, and nothing from the rest of it — a deposit and a balance paid through us cost you £1 between them, not £1 each. The money is still yours and still goes to your own Stripe account, not ours; the £1 comes off as it passes through. Money you take outside the platform — cash, your own card machine, a bank transfer you mark as paid — has nothing taken off it. Stripe take their own processing fee as well, as they would on any card payment.
Is this for studios?
Yes, for studios of independent artists. A studio pays £20 a month for each artist, billed for at least 2, for up to 10 artists, with a 14-day free trial. Each artist keeps their own page, clients and money, and takes them all with them if they leave. The studio gets its own page, a shared enquiry inbox its artists claim from, who is free when, and a chair rent ledger. There are no front-desk accounts and no rota: every artist still runs their own books.
Do my clients need an account?
Not really. They get one automatically, but there is no password to remember — they sign in with a link emailed to them when they need to see a quote or a booking.
What if someone books and never pays?
The slot is held while they pay and released automatically if they abandon it, so your calendar frees itself up. A one-off flash design goes back on sale at the same time.
Can I still take cash?
Yes. Mark a balance as paid and pick how you were paid — cash, card machine, bank transfer. It goes into your income for the year exactly as a card payment does.
Do you do consent forms?
Yes. Two days before the appointment the client is emailed a reminder with a link to the form, and they complete it on their phone: who they are, an emergency contact, when they last ate, eleven health questions, the declarations and a signature. The medical answers are encrypted, and the signed form sits against the booking in your calendar. Start on our form or write your own in the builder. Checking a client is over 18 against their photo ID is an add-on, £2 a client, once.
What happens to my work if I stop paying?
Nothing stops on the way down. Your account moves to the free plan: your page stays up, clients keep booking and paying deposits at £1 a booking, and everything you made stays exactly as it was. What pauses is the extras — texts, QuickBooks, the rescue, selling vouchers — until you subscribe again.
Get your evenings back.
Set it up this afternoon and let the next enquiry book itself.
